Shipping and Delivery Policy
JobBid provides a digital service and does not ship physical products.
Digital delivery
After Razorpay confirms a captured payment, the profile is normally placed on the leaderboard within seconds. Temporary network or webhook delays may extend delivery.
No physical shipping
No parcel, physical certificate, or physical product is sent. Shipping fees, tracking numbers, and delivery addresses do not apply.
Delivery problem
If a captured payment does not produce a listing, contact support with the Razorpay payment ID and Checkout email so the payment can be reconciled.
