Privacy Policy
This policy explains what JobBid processes when you visit the site or submit a profile.
Public information
Your name, role, country, short bio, portfolio link, paid amount, rank, and optional résumé are public. Remove anything from your résumé that you do not want publicly accessible.
Private identifiers
Your email is normalized and converted into a one-way SHA-256 identity hash used to recognize returning bidders. JobBid does not store the raw email in its candidate database. Razorpay receives contact details needed to process Checkout.
Service providers
Supabase stores application data and files, Razorpay processes payments, Cloudflare Turnstile detects automated abuse, and the hosting/CDN provider serves the application. Each provider processes data under its own terms.
Security and retention
Access to protected tables is limited to server credentials. Payment and audit records are retained for accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, and legal obligations. Unpaid pending submissions may be deleted periodically.
Your choices
You may request correction, removal, or deletion by contacting support. Financial and security records may be retained where required by law or legitimate fraud-prevention needs.
